Spoke with Jenny online she was very responsive and answered all my questions we discussed pricing and setup a day June 29th to come in and pay cash in full for my new wheels and tires to get mounted. The staff where all very professional and friendly. Before I left my town to make the 2 hr drive for my appointment I asked about Tpms sensors being included in the deal unfortunately they where not i had to ask i think she assumed i would use my old ones from the other wheels but i wanted a new set..., as any consumer I shopped around and other establishments where offering them free with the wheel and tire packages, it would have been an additional charge with tire and wheelzone i wasn't willing to pay that but I still made the drive as I promised and wanted to give them the opportunity and the business. Upon my arrival the wheels and tires where not at the location 2 employees had to go to another location and bring them here, waited an hour at the shop before any work was going to be done, the lobby was extremely hot the ac was not working or just wasn't enough for the space it was cooling. After purchasing tires from this shop, I later found out the tires they sold me were defective. I initially thought the issue was related to my alignment, suspension, brakes, or wheels. After taking them to Oasis Wheels and Tires, they were able to identify the issue. When the wheels and tires were checked on the balancing machine, it was determined that all four tires had defects. The tires were manufactured in 2023, so it is likely they had been sitting for an extended period before being sold. I have not even had these tires for a full year. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new set of tires as a result. @Tires And Wheel Zone, The tires were returned this morning, and the situation was explained to your service technician, Mr. Jose. He advised that he would be contacting me today once a resolution has been determined. I highly recommend this place! I have someone who works their on social media, Mr Gustavo! I posted that my started gave out and reached out to me within minutes. I took it to his shop and he took care of everything. My starter had warranty from another place.. He did the warranty claim himself and go my work truck running in no time. Great group of guys!

Tire and Wheel Zone was absolutely incredible from start to finish. They helped me install my Dobinson MRR shocks and Dobinson billet upper control arms, and the entire process was fast, smooth, and professional. Both Martin and Gustavo were super helpful and patient, no matter how many questions I asked (even if I got a little annoying about it), they answered everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. That kind of customer service really stands out. On top of that, Gustavo even showed up early just to help me out because he knew I had to hit the road that day. They also replaced my lug nuts for free because mine were rusted which was just another example of how they went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be going back for future work. If you’re looking for a shop that knows what they’re doing and actually cares about helping you out, this is the place.
